In difficulty level it goes as follows.
Lifting > cuddling a puppy > taking a nap > running.
Running sure is a test. How? A test of how much boredom you can deal with before you decide, “eh, I’d rather just stop and go cuddle my puppy.”
What would make all of those things more challenging? Trying not to get punched in the face while doing them. ; )
